This position is for EPES Transport, Inc., a division of Penske Logistics, based in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this role you will serve as the first impression of EPES Transport to potential driver candidates. You will be attracting quality candidates and will be responsible for participating in hiring decisions and using good judgement to assess whether or not a candidate meets company requirements. It is essential to maintain a knowledgeable, professional presentation to drivers of Companys qualifications and operations. This position is located in Charlotte, NC. Shift: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm Responsibilities: Responsible for inbound and outbound driver recruiting calls, leads and inquiries. Screens, interviews and pre-qualifies all telephone inquiries, update ATS Pre-Qualify Driver candidates prior to submitting to processing.
