Ensures appropriate information on tickets for each truck including customer, job, and weight of product. Accepts checks or cash payments and records accordingly, to be turned over to Accounts Receivable. Provides customer information as required, answering basic questions regarding type, quality, quantity, and timeliness of deliveries. May forward customers to sales department for further assistance if needed. Generates daily, weekly and monthly reports of activity.
