Develop engaging organic digital content that supports long- and short-term marketing initiatives to be distributed across email channels. Analyze, monitor, and communicate email performance on a regular basis. Develop new templates, newsletter content, and new email ideas. A/ B testing, Quality Assurance, and always looking for ways to improve our email efforts. Responsible for email story ideation based on current initiatives, department goals, and recent performance strategy analysis. Oen the rsort's mobile App, including puch notificaitons and information accuracy. Pioneer the resort's SMS text messaging program. Collaborate with communications manager and profit centers to accurately and effectively communicate promotional material via email. Supports marketing and other departments as needed. Qualifications Minimum of two years in related marketing roles. Intermediate or higher ski/snowboard ability required. Ability to work under pressure and adaptable to last-minute changes.
