Automotive Quality Engineer
: Job Details :

Develop and implement quality assurance plans and strategies for automotive production processes and products that comply with IATF 16949 standards. Define quality processes and specifications in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements. Identify areas for process improvement in manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes. Develop, review and implement process controls and complete APQP documentation as a part of cross functional teams (CFT). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Establish and enforce quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent product quality. Conduct audits and create management reports to identify corrective actions. Monitor production processes, inspect components, and conduct product testing to identify defects and non-conformities. Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues, defects, and customer complaints.
