Senior HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Analyst plays a pivotal role in optimizing and advancing HR technology systems to support human capital management strategies. Responsibilities will involve configuring systems to meet ongoing business needs, generating reports to support various HR functions, and ensuring accurate data processing and maintenance according to organizational rules and regulations. Education & Experience. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field and four (4) years of experience in business systems. CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED: NA - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities. Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft office products. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Project coordination skills. Organizational and analytical skills.
