Provide clinical supervision and crisis consultation to case managers and recovery specialists. Keep up-to-date on evidence-based practices, including Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorders. Monitor and assign case managers' caseloads. Conduct assessments and provide individual and group services to residents who require additional support. Collaborate with the program's leadership team to review and improve clinical program design. Chair the weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meeting to strategize on client treatment compliance. Audit clinical documentation to ensure it meets state regulations. Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders and community service providers. Review and develop new group treatment curricula based on the needs of the client population. Participate in a rotating weekend and after-hours on-call schedule for Ryan House and the co-located Transitional Support Services program.
