The City of St. Cloud is seeking an experienced and solutions-driven Procurement Services Director. In this role, youll not only be leading a dedicated team, but youll also be instrumental in modernizing systems, guiding large-scale construction procurement, managing grants, and implementing strategic improvements that help departments across the organization meet their goals more quickly and effectively. We're looking for someone who brings strong knowledge of Florida public procurement rules, grants administration, and ability to leverage technology, combined with the leadership ability to empower staff, foster collaboration, and remove barriers that slow down progress. You'll be a partner to every department, helping streamline procurement processes that support their missions and improve service delivery to the public. This position also serves as part of the Citys emergency response structure during declared emergencies.
