Hampden-Sydney College invites applications for a Regional Development Officer. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Development, the Regional Development Officer (RDO) is regionally located and supports the College mission by developing and increasing the level of personal involvement and financial commitment of alumni, friends, and parents of Hampden-Sydney College. The RDO travels extensively to identify, cultivate, and steward alumni, including parents, faculty, and staff, to encourage support to the College across generations. Duties Represents the College in the geographic region, and communicates effectively about a broad range of College priorities. Stays continuously informed of Hampden Sydneys strategic vision and opportunities for philanthropic support, taking advantage of opportunities for engagement on campus and off.
