The Recruiting Coordinator will partner with the recruiting team to support recruiting activities and to ensure the hiring process runs smoothly. This includes posting open positions to job boards, scheduling interviews across multiple time zones, handling last-minute scheduling changes, creating offer letters, conducting background checks, and smoothing over any other speed bumps in the hiring process.
