AECOM is seeking an enthusiastic Dam Engineering Technical Lead with expertise in Hydrology and Hydraulics to play a key role in a growing dedicated Dams Engineering practice in our U.S. East Region. The successful candidate is an experienced engineer that supports our dams practice in the core discipline of Hydrologic and Hydraulic engineering. This position will support a variety of dam engineering analysis and design projects across the region. Responsibilities:Lead the technical execution of projects including inspection, analysis, design, construction observation, and regulatory compliance activities associated with a variety of dams, spillways, and other appurtenant hydraulic structures. Specific tasks:Hydrologic analyses include flood frequency estimates and statistical hydrology, model preparation, calibration, and verification.
