Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Industrial Engineer at our Cottage Grove, MN location. This position is responsible for providing Industrial Engineering support within our MIT team, by driving the process of continuous improvement and the design of integrated systems of people, equipment, & materials. The ideal candidate for this position is an innovative thinker and has a passion for operational excellence. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify, develop, and implement process improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
