The Senior Director, Finance leads, organizes and directs all aspects of operational finance activities. Responsible for monthly operational reviews, budgets, projections, ad hoc analyses and pro formas for Medical Group Services to create consistency and standard practices across Medical Group Services. Highly collaborative with the Division CFO in collectively leading the development of standard, consistent processes and reporting that align with the Strategic Priorities of Medical Group Services. Essential Functions:To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation. Lead the preparation of physician practice financial and statistical reports and ad hoc financial and operational analyses, physical compensation calculations and reconciliations, and pro forma development.
