Siemens Mobility is seeking to fill a Junior level Project Procurement Manager (PPM). This role will be supporting a Project Procurement Manager and cross functional departments including sales, engineering, operations, finance, & management, both locally & globally. The position will be based in Sacramento, CA or Lexington, NC with a hybrid work schedule. What your day-to-day will look like:Assist with sourcing suppliers/vendors and issuing RFQs, working with internal teams to clarify project needs. Collaborate with project managers, finance, legal and technical stakeholders to coordinate procurement activities,Maintain procurement records: POs, pricing data, schedules in project tracking files using data tools. Help implement process improvements and monitor KPIs such as lead time, spend, cost savings.
