LABORATORY CLINICAL SPECIALIST FOR BLOOD BANK
: Job Details :

Responsible for organizing, performing and assigning laboratory procedures to technicians / technologists, and maintaining general efficiency in assigned areas; through monitors and staff evaluations. These responsibilities extend to all areas of the laboratory in the absence of the Administrative Laboratory Director and / or Clinical Manager or Anatomic Pathology Manager. Responsible for ensuring total compliance with all signed approved SOPs and technical procedures for oneself and all staff within the lab section. Adheres to all safety policies and procedures and monitors compliance. Tests, assesses, develops, verifies and implements new procedures according to current regulatory standards and based on the needs of the laboratory. Participates in the determination of equipment and personnel needs in assigned areas. Maintains own technical competency following the approved procedure.
