Engineering Technician 1st Shift. Location: Plano, TX - Pay: $18.00/hr. Schedule: MondayFriday | 08:00 AM - 05:00 PMTMD Staffing is hiring an Engineering Technician for a top client in Plano, TX. This is a hands-on technical role supporting electronic product assembly, testing, and troubleshooting. Ideal for someone with an electronics background, quality control experience, and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and repair rejected or non-working electronic devices. Inspect PCB - As (Printed Circuit Board Assemblies) and cables for accuracy and quality. Assemble, test, and rework electronic components. Flash and update firmware using command line instructions. Maintain and perform basic repairs on production tools and jigs. What Were Looking For:2 years of experience in Quality Control or Electronic Assembly. Soldering and component inspection experience is a plus. Basic understanding of command line interfaces.
