Youth Engagement & Program Coordination (60% / 18 hours per week)The Teen Coordinator will lead the planning, organization, and implementation of teen programs such as drop-in activities, enrichment clubs, leadership councils, and special events. They will supervise daily activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment while providing direct mentorship in recreational settings. This role also includes coordinating and facilitating community engagement events and teen nights that promote connection and positive youth development. The Teen Coordinator is expected to manage behavior using proactive, strengths-based strategies and foster strong, supportive relationships with youth.
