Director of Clinical Services Home Health (Hospice/ Palliative Care)Job Summary. The home Health Director of Clinical Services will act as Administrator in the absence of the Administrator. Establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for home health services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy. Responsible for conducting staff meetings to discuss new policies and procedures or to address concerns about patient care. Coordinating with other healthcare professionals such as doctors and nurses to ensure that patients have access to all necessary medical services.
