As a Home Health Registered Nurse, You will: Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients. Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and the patient's goals. Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions. Provide pain and symptom management. Educate and support the patient's family and caregivers. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
