Maximize sales in retail stores through performing all duties of an associate and assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the daily operation of the store as assigned. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Answer merchandise questions, complete sale accurately. - Solve Customer problems as authorized; or refer to Assistant manager or Manager. - Greet donor, offer assistance and receipts. - Stock and maintain store in neat, clean, neat and orderly manner according to established procedures. - Prepare reports at the direction of the manager following all established procedures. - Open and close store in the absence of or at direction of Manager or Assistant Manager. - Watch for shoplifters and counterfeit bills; alert management. - Responsible for stores maintaining production model as established by DGR leadership. - Follow charge, return, exchange and check acceptance and void policies exactly. - Acts for Store Manager or Assistant Manager in their absence o...Team Leader, Retail, Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Sales Associate, Team Lead
