Serve as a thermoplastic composite engineer lead in the Thermoplastics and Extrusion Development (TED) group with a focus on thermoplastic composite materials. Provide leadership, coaching & development, and strategic technical direction to thermoplastic composite materials team. Establish and sustain robust and collaborative relationships with key partners and suppliers. Facilitate opportunity identification in collaboration with sourcing and product teams. Maintain priority alignment in collaboration with sourcing and product teams. Facilitate thermoplastic composite teams OKR planning and provide progress updates to leadership. Lead and manage projects through stage-gate project management process. Lead and manage innovation projects while driving progress regardless of ambiguity. Collaborate with sourcing, design, and operations to help develop scope, scale, and strategy of ambiguous innovation projects. Gain alignment with leadership on innovation project proposals.
