ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Performs duties in compliance with safety procedures, which includes use of safety equipment. Responsible for following safety procedures, identifying unsafe practices or conditions, and informing their supervisor or the Safety Committee of unsafe conditions, as directed. Reports to work as scheduled, on time, and ready to work. Wears and maintains all uniforms properly, including nametag. Must wear a gaming license if in possession of one. Washes and sanitizes dirty dishes, utensils, and other items as needed. Empties trash, sweeps and mops floors, and wipes down work stations to ensure the kitchen is in pristine condition. Cleans tables and other restaurant areas, as requested or required. Develops, maintains, and enhances positive relations with all guests and employees.
