The Assistant Director of Interprofessional Education and Practice Center supports the operations and educational initiatives of the Interprofessional Education and Practice (IPEP) Center by assisting with the management and maintenance of simulation equipment and supplies, collaborating with faculty on simulation programming, and supporting training activities for standardized patients. This position contributes to the preparation, execution, and enhancement of simulation experiences using both high- and low-fidelity simulators and A/ V systems. The Simulation Specialist also aids in faculty and staff training, assists in curriculum development, supports simulation sessions across various settings, and participates in the collection and analysis of learning outcomes. The role requires staying informed of advancements in simulation technologies and helping implement improvements under the guidance of the IPEP Center Director.
