Schedule: 24 hours, day shift. According to established policies and procedures, provides scheduling, general secretarial and administrative support for Operating Room, Anesthesia, ,and ACU Departments. Schedules patient appointments, analyzes block booking data and processes billing of patient charges. Supports the department in various administrative functions. As a Scheduler for our OR Team, you will be responsible for the following:Creates reports, spreadsheets, and statistics to assist in analyzing block time utilization by surgeon or specialty and report to OR Committee. Tracks release of allocated block time, cancellation reports, and surgeon utilization reports (individually and group).
