: Job Details :

Mechanical Maintenance performs major mechanical repairs and fabricating of new equipment with minimal supervision to ensure proper performance and safety of equipment. Complete Preventative Maintenance programs and train others. Follow manufacturers instructions, engineering specifications, drawings and diagrams to troubleshoot malfunctions and monitor compliance of equipment. Remove defective parts by dismantling devices, determine wear on parts by using calipers, micrometers, and measuring devices. Follow LOTO procedures. Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities: Welder Pipe Fitting Ability to use tools ranging from common hand and power tools to precision measuring instruments and electrical testing devices. Cutting (Torch and Plasma Cutter) Carpentry Mechanic Understanding of Blue Prints Must have a working knowledge of fire protection, individual pieces of equipment, air compressors, vacuum systems, and pneumatic systems, ion measuring equipment.
