To maintain the physical school facility in a condition of operating excellence, operating efficiency, cleanliness, and safety so that full educational use of the facility may be made at all times. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:Keeps the building and premises, including sidewalks, driveways, and play areas neat, clean, and safe. Follows district procedures to make sure that floors, walls, ceilings, fixtures, furniture, and equipment are cleaned and maintained per district standards. Moves furniture and/or equipment within building(s) for various activities and as directed by the supervisor. Ensures that all appropriate measures for building security are followed and appropriate measures are used to make sure windows and doors are appropriately secured. Submits and completes online work requests in a complete and timely manner.
