\n\n. Each day works with the Production Scheduler and Production Supervisors to determine the amount of staffing required for the next day s production, ensuring all employees have a \ value added\ assignment.\n. Coordination of personnel assignments when production and personnel changes happen throughout the shift. Reassignment of personnel movements based on production demands and personnel needs.\n. As lines go down, facilitate the early departure of employees according to the guidelines set forth in the employee handbook.\n. Coordinate shift exchange with oncoming personnel schedulers and plant leadership to communicate staffing changes.\n. Maintain Skills Matrix for training needed to ensure employee skills are up to date. Using the Matrix to ensure employees are not working in the same position/rotation to support employee safety and ergonomics.\n. Take calls from employees to inform them of their scheduling status and answer questions and concerns.\n.
