Manage plant sanitation procedures, programs and regulatory requirements, ensuring all plant equipment is clean and safe for production Strictly adhere to sanitation, GMP, and safety standards Perform cleaning and sanitation activities according to Master Sanitation Schedules for the facility interior and exterior and ensure superior sanitation of equipment and surrounding areas Skills that will make you successful Minimum of 2 years sanitation experience in the food-industry preferred Knowledge of cleaning chemicals Basic knowledge of HACCP, BRC food safety and GMP principles Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to plan, organize and prioritize; ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives Demonstrated knowledge of efficient and safe manufacturing operations to include product and associate safety, product quality (success rates), throughput delivery and cost control (minimizing...Janitor, Sanitation, Property Management
