Prepare and execute a la carte breakfast and lunch items to club standards. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications. Ensure food is prepared safely and efficiently, adhering to health and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service and timely execution. Assist with prep work for upcoming services and events as needed. Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure member satisfaction?? Qualifications. Minimum 2 years of line cook experience, preferably in upscale or private club settings. Strong knowledge of breakfast and lunch preparation techniques. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent knife skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Serv.
