The City of Gilroy is recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced full-time Deputy Director of Community Development for our Community Development Department. As a new position in the Community Development Department, you will play a critical leadership role in guiding the Citys Department overseeing key divisions and collaborating closely with city leadership, and community stakeholders to drive initiatives that enhance quality of life, foster sustainable growth, and meet the evolving needs of our residents and businesses. Under the general supervision of the Community Development Director, the Deputy Director will provide support in ensuring the department delivers effective, efficient, and quality services.
