Serve as legal regulatory counsel and strategic partner to DaVita Labs, with a primary emphasis on healthcare laws and regulations, as well as support for payor relations and contracting. In partnership with other DaVita attorneys and compliance teammates, assist business clients in identifying and resolving legal/regulatory matters related to business initiatives. Advise on compliance with federal and state health care industry laws and regulations. Support all aspects of DaVita Labs business related to their service offerings. Develop working relationships with business clients, as well as legal and compliance partners. - This role must be located in Deland, Florida at the DaVita Lab facility. - MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Juris Doctorate degree with approximately 6 years experience in legal practice representing businesses and/or organizations in the health care industry, clinical laboratory experience is preferred.
