1. Clinical Leadership & Medical Director Engagement. Serve as a trusted advisor to DaVita medical directors, offering guidance, mentorship, and support. Onboard new medical directors and build trusted peer relationships. Participate in governance, peer review, and physician performance management. Help medical directors understand and leverage DaVitas resources to enhance patient outcomes and physician engagement 2. Operational Partnership & Field Support. Collaborate with Senior Directors of Clinical Services and Operations partners to improve outcomes (e.g., DQI, Clinical Leaderboard, PRD)Help lead initiatives around patient safety, transitions of care, and physician behavior management.
