Provides on-line support to the Filler Operator and Arpac Operator for the manufacturing of Capri Sun liquid juice drinks. Essential duties and responsibilities:Work with all departments to meet or surpass the plants safety goals. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures; follows Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Dress Code policies. Perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Supervises Capri Sun Filler Carton Forming Machine (CFM); loads cartons, pouches into filler. Helps operator in clearing jams as well as breaking other utilities. Supervises quality issues and performs spot checks on pouch code legibility and correctness, weights, glue temperatures, seal integrity, straws, anvil water pressure, inflation air pressure, and pouches. Notifies operator of any issues. Communicates with Coordinator and Material Handler to ensure adequate quantities of accurate packaging materials are on the line. Maintains good housekeeping.
