ABM Industries is hiring a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic Human Resources (HR) leadership and aligns with leaders in our Education Industry Group vertical to drive the talent agenda and build leadership strength in the team. This role leverages HR expertise/experience to help solve business problems; provides leadership support in the design, development, communication and delivery of HR people plans and initiatives intended to meet the needs of the business. This role builds relationships across the HR Centers of Excellence and influences change; directs and leads efforts to improve team member development, engagement, productivity, retention and measures effectiveness. This is a Hybrid Role (in-office 4 days/week) located at 4151 Ashford Dunwoody Road, Atlanta, GA 30319.
