Reporting to the Director of Electron Beam Engineering, the E-beam Engineer will be responsible for growth, engineering projects, and support of break down maintenance globally. In support of the Sterigenics business units strategic plan the E-beam Engineer will focus on the electron beam irradiation plants. Routine support of approximately 8 plants will be required on an as needed basis. This position provides a unique opportunity to directly execute, and project manage Capex growth or maintenance-type projects or support other assigned project managers in their remote coordination of activities. With Total productive maintenance as a strategic priority, a strong interest and involvement with plant engineering maintenance initiatives and support will be key. Development, tracking and communication of project and maintenance performance indicators will be essential with safety and quality being central tenets of all efforts.
