: Job Details :

1. Answer Room Service phone with 3 rings, using proper telephone etiquette .. Take guest food and beverage orders, utilizing suggestive selling techniques .. Accurately quote estimated time of delivery, monitor status and follow-up with guest if going to be delayed more than 5 minutes of time quoted .. Setting up guests orders on table/tray according to Forbes standards .. Ensure that all orders are complete, including appropriate condiments and silverware .. Transport tables/trays from Room Service area to guest rooms, or Pool, ensuring all standards of food presentation are maintained .. Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly to requests .. Maintain positive guest relations at all times. 9. Open and service wine/champagne bottles .0. Set up and deliver amenities to designated rooms and Chateau Tier Lounge 11.
