Define and execute the global cybersecurity strategy in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements Oversee the planning, implementation, and operation of cyber defense systems and processes Lead the enforcement of security policies, overseeing incident response, and ensuring the organization is protected against cyber threats Evaluate, select, and implement cybersecurity technologies that align with enterprise goals Champion automation, AI/ ML-based defense mechanisms, and zero-trust architecture Ensure consistent cybersecurity engineering standards and practices across the Reyes Family of Businesses Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management or related field with 10 plus years of experience in IT infrastructure (servers/workstation), networking, including security operations (implementing and operating cybersecurity tools and processes) and 6 plus years of management experie...Director, Security, Security Engineer, Global, Cybersecurity, Cyber Defense, Technology, Transportation
