Develop and execute both short- and long-term business development and marketing strategies aimed at achieving the company's growth and profitability objectives. Lead high-level business development initiatives, including prospecting, meeting with potential clients, delivering presentations on company capabilities, negotiating contracts, and managing the end-to-end process of onboarding new clients. Formulate and implement sales strategies to target organizations for preclinical products & services. Collaborate closely with the scientific research team to ensure that potential and existing clients receive a seamless and responsive experience throughout the sales cycle. Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and outreach to prospective clients; maintain strong relationships with existing and past clients. .
