We're looking for a meticulous and motivated Mortgage Loan Title Closer who excels in dynamic environments and takes pride in ensuring seamless, precise closings. Be part of a team that turns every transaction into a smooth, hassle-free experience for clients! Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday Pay Rate: $19 - $25/hr. What You'll Do: Schedule and coordinate real estate closings with precision. Clear titles, prepare CPL letters, preliminary invoices, and title policies. Order payoffs, title updates, and collect essential documentation. Communicate closely with lenders, realtors, and clients to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Build strong relationships with industry professionals and keep things moving from start to finish.
