LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking a full-time General Maintenance Worker to oversee its contract to provide operations and mechanical maintenance services at the Census Headquarters, Hillcrest Heights, MD. Working Days/ Hours: Monday through Friday / 6:30 am - 2:30 pm. Hourly pay rate $33.89 per hour. This is a full time union position that offers a pension plan, health and welfare pay, vacation, sick leave and paid holidays per the collective bargaining agreement. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of (4) years experience performing general maintenance and repair of equipment requiring practical skill and knowledge in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following: Replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
