This position is a jack of all trades and is responsible for assisting in Catering, Utility, and Cafeteria front-of-the-house operations. Primary responsibilities include stocking merchandise, entree service, set up and clean-up of catered events, cashier, and customer service. What you will do: Welcomes and thanks guests for visiting. Ensure genuine customer service is met through an authentic friendly and professional guest interaction Takes orders, collects payments, makes change, sets up and maintains accurate cash drawer, completes transaction reports, and collects data for cash control.
