The Environmental, Health and Safety Compliance Specialist will work to develop and implement comprehensive regulatory compliance policies and procedures for Dollar Tree stores nationwide. The individual will directly communicate with regulatory inspectors, regulators, stores, and store leadership regarding compliance and required abatement. This role will also focus on identifying and analyzing trends to ensure the Companys compliance strategies are comprehensive and effective. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Review, follow-up, track and provide regulatory agencies certification of abatement for deficiencies found in regulatory compliance inspections.
