Lead engineering department and process documents for all fabrication Oversee programming of all machinery New SKU creation, routes, and BOMs Train the programming team on all aspects of new and existing machinery Develop and design the component parts, and systems Research and test products to analyze performance, design, and operation of each Develop current and potential team leaders to become more effective at their current or future roles Work with operations and sales leaders to effectively handle requests and solve problems Develop, implement, and uphold Engineering standards and practices Oversee and assist in team member engagement strategies Proven Leadership experience in a similar industry Public speaking ability Strong organization and time management skills Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering Auto CAD Solid.
