Description:EDDY SENIORCARE - located at 385 Watervliet Shaker Road in Latham, Eddy SeniorCare has a rewarding opportunity for a full-time driver to bring our seniors to our center and to other medical appointments and return home. Works as a part of our Transportation Team and coordinates with other Eddy SeniorCare team members to help seniors remain living at home and delay or avoid nursing home placement. Most appointments are in the Albany/ Troy area. Eddy Senior Care driver is responsible for transporting participants of the PACE program who are 55 years of age or older, to and from the day center, field trips and medical appointments, ensuring the safety of the program participants while in the vehicles. Ensures that all participants wear safety belts and that wheelchairs are locked into position.
