Provides a broad variety of administrative support services for our clients in conjunction with the Trust Administrators. Participates in the efficient administration of trust accounts for assigned client base where the bank is acting as trustee, agent or custodian. Provides high level customer service to clients and beneficiaries relating to these accounts. May collect and interpret data to produce reports; conduct or participate in special projects; and compose correspondence and other documentation as needed. Assists in the administration of accounts in a manner that ensures compliance with legal requirements and monitors risk within designated authority levels. Works proactively to identify potential problems, compliance issues, or fraud to maximize client satisfaction and encourage retention and expansion of client relationship. Note: This role is hybrid.
