This custodial full time, non-exempt union position requires strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), established cleaning practices and procedures, and compliance with quality standards and regulations. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) must be followed and strictly enforced. What your day-to-day will look like: Perform cleaning services per scope and follow governing SOPs in non-classified spaces where applicable. Responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy facility by completing various tasks such as, but not limited to, mopping and vacuuming floors, high and low dusting, deep cleaning and disinfecting of multiple surfaces and restrooms, and appropriate disposal of waste receptacles daily- including recyclables. Responsible for completing deep cleans, office restoration, and special projects requested by Janitorial Supervisor and JLL/ BMS managerial teams.
