Work closely with Fulfillment Operations leadership in setting operational, business, and financial objectives for site-level pharmacy operations defined by existing and evolving operational, growth, and financial plans Foster a team environment that sets high standards of operations and performance, engages and inspires others to perform at their best, rigorously identifies and develops key individuals with the critical capabilities needed by the organization Build a high performing team, by investing in their leadership development through routine feedback and leadership statuses.
