????Provide nonclinical telephonic emotional support, goal-setting assistance, and education to wounded service members, their caregivers, and their families participating in the WWP Talk program. Serve as subject matter expert on post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other significant mental health challenges. Independently manage weekly caseload of 45-50 participants and determine appropriateness of participants in the program and next steps Evaluate Talk participants needs and refer Talk participants to appropriate WWP programs and community mental health resources. Input data and update relevant WWP electronic tracking systems, specifically for the Warrior/ Family Support Members (FS - Ms) (e.g., Salesforce as it relates to the case) Ensure case documentation and data are maintained accurately, timely, and appropriately within WWP internal databases.
