Under the direction of the Administrative Support Supervisor or Clinical Manager, the Clinical Clerical Assistant provides office support to team members to ensure efficient and coordinated service delivery. Communicates in a professional manner with public and staff. Position Specific Responsibilities. Assists the clinical team by performing clerical duties in the daily performance of their duties. Assists in ensuring the patient medical record is accurate and complete in accordance with industry and ministry standards. Assists in ensuring the admission medical record is accurate and complete in accordance with industry and agency standards. Establishes and promotes positive working relationships both within the team, ministry and organization and outside agencies. Maintains a positive and professional work environment.
