Act as a manufacturing expert for Generator Assembly in GE Vernova's Generator manufacturing operation in Schenectady NY. - Define and control production processes; including tooling and equipment to be used in the winding process. - Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment. - Troubleshoot issues with equipment and processes. - Work with the shop to develop manufacturing methods, schedules, and documentation for improvements. - Identify and execute projects to improve safety, quality, existing processes and lower cost within the shop. - Provide documentation and training to shop floor to ensure seamless new product or process execution. - Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and experience to execute policy/strategy. - Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. - Uses judgment and ha...Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineer, Engineer, Operations, Gas Turbine
