Metallurgical Engineer
: Job Details :

Conduct material characterization, and metallurgical evaluations using advanced analytical techniques. Support failure analysis testing as needed. Perform microstructural analysis, weld evaluations, aggressive machining, and other metallurgical tests per customer and industry specifications. Develop and execute test plans for standard and custom projects, ensuring compliance with ASTM and other relevant standards. Prepare detailed technical reports summarizing findings and recommendations for clients. Collaborate with customers to interpret specifications and resolve technical issues. Train and guide laboratory personnel in sample preparation, test setup, and data collection. Maintain IMRs quality and safety standards throughout all testing processes. Support continuous improvement projects within the metallurgy department. Participate in customer audits and provide technical support during on-site visits.
